Price
Tickets will be sold at a reduced price via pre-sale that will end as soon as 50% of the tickets are sold. Furthermore, there’s a discount for those whose main work is as teachers or academic researchers, and students at the under-graduate, graduate or PhD levels and those working in the public sector. You will be asked to provide proof of this condition in order to qualify for the discount.
The following tables show prices for this edition of LatinR. Note that tutorials are only for people participating in the conference (i.e. it’s not possible to go to a tutorial withouth registering to the larger conference).

Participants with oral communication or poster
To ensure their place in the program, those who attend as authors must register before August 14th. If you need to make the payment by electronic transfer (e.g. if it is your institution that will pay the entrance fee), please contact the organization at: latinr2019@easychair.org.
Refund Policy

Up to 30 days prior to the start of the conference, a full refund is available (minus the 10% that corresponds to the ticket sales system administration fee)

Up to 15 days before the start of the conference: 50% refund. The refund will be effective in 5 business days after the end of the conference. After that time, you can no longer opt for a refund.
The ticket is transferable to another person free of charge. If you are unable to attend and would like to transfer your seat to another person, please write to latinr2019@easychair.org to arrange the transfer.
Program modifications
The organization reserves the right to modify the program for reasons of fortuitous event or force majeure.
